Kelly is CEO of Clean Waste Systems, a venture-backed healthcare technology company focused on reducing medical waste emissions, and Founder of Watertown Consulting LLC, a healthcare business development and strategy consultancy.

A healthcare and retail executive with 20+ years of experience across the healthcare continuum at Optum, North Memorial Health, University of Minnesota Physicians, Target, and Gallagher Benefit Services. She has served in numerous operating roles, including strategic planning, business development, marketing, consumer engagement, and project management.

Recognized by Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2023 as a “Twin Cities Finest” honoree for her work with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Kelly also serves on the Board of Advisors for Girls With Impact, a 501(c)(3) focused on providing executive and entrepreneurship skills for our next generation of female leaders.

Kelly holds a BS in Health Systems from Georgetown University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Business and School of Public Health.
